PromiseProof / Customer terms
Return/Refund Policy
PromiseProof provides professional services, not physical goods. This policy explains how we handle requests before and after a service engagement begins without promising a result that depends on the client’s systems, access, and choices.
Draft business policy
These business policy terms are a practical draft for PromiseProof and should be reviewed by the owner's attorney before they are relied on.
Before work begins
If you purchased a service by mistake or need to discuss scope before work begins, contact PromiseProof as soon as possible through the contact page. We will review the request in light of whether kickoff, scheduling, preparation, or other engagement work has already begun.
Where no material work has started, PromiseProof may be able to cancel the engagement or apply the payment to a revised scope. Any refund decision will be communicated clearly after the request is reviewed.
After work begins
Once an audit, preparation, testing, analysis, reporting, or monitoring period has begun, the service has value even though it is not a physical item that can be returned. Refunds are not automatic for completed or partially completed professional services.
If you believe there is a problem with the agreed deliverable or service experience, contact PromiseProof promptly with the order details and concern. We will review what was purchased, what work was performed, and whether clarification, a reasonable correction, a credit, or another resolution is appropriate under the engagement terms and applicable law.
Monthly Monitoring
Monthly Monitoring is billed on the cadence shown at checkout. A request to stop future monitoring should be sent before the next billing period where possible. Cancellation affects future service periods and does not automatically create a refund for monitoring already provided or underway.
How to request help
Use the PromiseProof contact page and include the business name, the service purchased, the purchase date, and a brief description of the request. We will respond with the next steps; this policy does not create a guarantee of a refund or a particular outcome.
